We accept Tri West, Medicare and most PPO HMO and worker's compensation insurances. We accept Medical HMOs also (Regal, Lakeside, Global Care, Accountable, HealthCare LA IPA).

If you do not have insurance call today. We charge
$150 for 1 hr of physical therapy evaluation and treatment.
$100 for 1 hr follow up treatments $499 for combination of 6 1 hour treatments paid at once.
Transportation and interpretation services can be provided through Medical upon request.
