Healing Process
1. The therapist will perform a detailed evaluation and testing to understand the reason or cause of pain.
2. The client will be informed about the findings with use of models and anatomical charts.
3. Specialized treatment plan and goals will be developed according to individual's needs.
4. Individualized physical therapy treatment will be provided to help the client achieve their goals.
5. More measurements and testing will be done at discharge to compare with initial visit.
6. The client will be discharged with independent home program.
